Attorney Kathryn Toomey, with a focus on Real Estate law and Elaine Godimis with a focus on Estate Planning are working with Schwartz & Plante at the suite located at 300 Main Street, Worcester, MA.

Attorney Toomey, who currently serves as the Worcester District Register of Deeds, has been practicing in Massachusetts since 2000. Her expertise in real estate law allows her to handle a variety of real estate-related transactions. She represents home buyers, home sellers, investors, institutional lenders, private party lenders, builders, and developers.
Attorney Godimis is an experienced attorney that has been practicing in Massachusetts since 1975 with a concentration in estate planning, tax law and elder law. Attorney Godimis works with clients to plan, protect and preserve estates, minimize tax exposure, plan the needs of seniors, and help navigate the probate process.
