Attorney Higgins received her B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross (Worcester, MA) and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.

In addition her experience reaches into real estate and business valuation, paternity, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, modification of prior judgments, as well as many other family law issues. Additionally, Attorney Higgins handles Guardianships, Conservatorships, and Special Needs Planning and Litigation for disabled adults and children.
